"Wonderful"
The staff was very nice and helpful. Upon arrival it was very quite outside and inside. The hotel was warm and welcoming and very clean. We had got a king suite on the 4th floor, to accommodate 3 of us. We were only there 1 night for the Godsmack concert and the room was spacious and very clean. We will be returning to stay again after winter. Thank you to the whole staff for making our stay great. We look forwarding to seeing you all again.

We like the two pools and hot tub. We stayed in the suit. The beds were so comfortable! We loved the bike path. All the staff were very friendly and helpful We arrived early and they let us check in because the room was ready. We were very happy about that!

The beds were comfortable. The check in process was lengthy. I attempted to check in at 2:40pm which I understood check in is at 3pm, however this is the first hotel that I was told I couldnt check in at all because all the rooms were still dirty. All rooms were still dirty at 2:40?!?!? I then returned at 3 and the first front desk employee was stating there were still no clean rooms and then, I assume, the evening staff come on and found one clean room. Those were their words. Also, Im not sure why I had to wait in line for 20 mins the first time and there wasnt someone else to assist the one and only front desk staff member when I attempted to check in the first time. She was answering the phone, cashing out store purchases, trying to help the customer in front of me out as her card was declined etc. It was the first time I have witnessed such a mess while trying to check into a hotel.

The entire stay was great. We left a terrible hotel and this place was wonderful! Staff was pleasant. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Room was nicely decorated and comfortable. Pool and hot tubs were wonderful. Definitely recommend.
